Custom Boosting Orders: How to Request a Boost the Calculator Doesn't Sell

How a custom boosting order works at BoostingXP: what to put in your request, how the price and ETA come back, how long a quote lasts and how you pay for it.

Published Updated 5 min read

Quick answer

A custom boosting order is for a goal the calculators don't cover. You sign in, describe the game, mode, platform, where you are now and where you want to be, and staff reply with a price, an estimated time and whether they can take it on. An approved quote stays valid for 7 days; you add it to your cart and check out as with any order.

What is a custom boosting order?

A custom boosting order is a boost you describe yourself instead of configuring on a calculator. Most orders on BoostingXP don't need one: every service page has a calculator where you pick your start, your target and your options, and the price is shown before you pay. A custom order is for everything those calculators don't cover.

Typical reasons to ask for one:

  • An unusual target. A specific mix of challenges, a rank goal across two modes, or an objective that isn't listed as a service.
  • A combination. Several things in one order that would otherwise be separate purchases.
  • Something seasonal. A limited-time event or new mode that arrived before a calculator for it did.
  • A question of "can you do this?" Sometimes the honest answer is no, and it is better to hear that before you pay.

Custom orders are open for all 14 games BoostingXP covers: Apex Legends, ARC Raiders, Battlefield 6, Call of Duty, Counter-Strike 2, Delta Force, Dota 2, Escape from Tarkov, Marvel Rivals, NBA 2K27, Overwatch 2, Path of Exile 2, Rainbow Six Siege and Valorant.

How do you request a custom boosting order?

You need an account, because the reply arrives on your dashboard. Signing in takes a one-time code sent to your email, or your Google or Discord account; if you don't have an account yet, that same step creates one.

The request form asks for:

  1. Game and game mode. The mode list follows the game you choose, with "Other" for anything not on it.
  2. Platform. PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck or mobile.
  3. Current stats. Where you are now: rank, level, rating, completed challenges, whatever applies.
  4. Desired stats. Where you want to be when the order is done.
  5. A note. Anything else that matters: deadlines, preferred play times, whether you want to play along, what you have tried.

The more specific the current and desired stats are, the more accurate the price and timing you get back. "Diamond 2, 40 RP into the division, want Master by the end of the split" is easier to quote than "higher rank".

You can have up to five requests open at once, and you can cancel one while it is still waiting for a reply.

What does the reply include?

Staff read each request and answer on your dashboard with one of two decisions:

  • An offer: a price, an estimated time to finish (for example "2 to 3 days"), and a short message if anything needs explaining.
  • A decline: when the request isn't something the team can take on properly, usually with a note on why.

You are notified when the reply arrives, in the notification bell on the site and by email, so you don't need to keep checking.

How long is a custom quote valid?

An offer stays valid for 7 days from the reply. Prices and availability move with each game's season and how busy the team is, so an old quote isn't held open forever. If yours expires, send a new request.

How do you pay for a custom order?

From the request page on your dashboard, add the offer to your cart and check out exactly as you would with any other order, with the same payment options. The price is the one in the offer: it is fixed on BoostingXP's side and can't be changed in the cart, and a custom order is always a quantity of one.

Once payment goes through, the order starts like any other: it appears in your orders, it is assigned to a booster, and you follow it in the order chat. The request page links straight to it.

When is a calculator better than a custom request?

When the calculator already sells what you want. It is faster, because you see the price straight away and the order starts as soon as you pay, with no wait for a reply. Rank boosts, wins and placements are all covered on the service pages, such as the Apex Legends rank boost.

Use a custom request when the calculator can't describe your goal, or when you want a person to confirm something is doable before you buy. If you are not sure whether you need to sign over your account at all, read boosting vs coaching vs Pro Play first.

FAQ

Do I need an account to request a custom boost?

Yes. The offer is sent to your dashboard, so you sign in first. An email code, Google or Discord all work, and a new account is created if you don't have one.

How long does a reply take?

Replies are written by staff rather than generated automatically, so there is no fixed time. You are notified by email and on the site when it arrives.

Can I change my request after sending it?

You can cancel a request that is still waiting for a reply and send a new one with the changes.

What happens if my quote expires?

Send a new request. Offers stay valid for 7 days because prices and availability change with each season.

Is a custom order paid differently?

No. It goes through the normal cart and checkout, and once paid it is handled like any other order.
