Dota 2 Boosting Services Explained
BoostingXP provides Dota 2 boosting for players whose MMR sits below how they actually play, or whose account needs work before it can climb. The Dota 2 services cover MMR boosting from Herald up to Immortal, a set number of ranked wins, calibration matches, low priority removal and unranked matches, plus hourly coaching for players who want to improve their own game. Dota 2 is a PC game, so every order is played on PC. BoostingXP is an independent service and isn't affiliated with Valve.
Every match is played by hand in normal matchmaking, with no scripts or third-party software. You can hand the order over to a booster, or turn on Play with Booster and play every game yourself in a party with them.

Dota 2 Ranks and MMR
Dota 2 ranked matchmaking rates every account with a hidden number, MMR, and shows it as a medal: Herald, Guardian, Crusader, Archon, Legend, Ancient and Divine, each split into five stars, then Immortal at the top. Dota 2 currently gives each account a single MMR, whatever role you play. Every ranked win adds MMR and every loss takes it away.
BoostingXP's MMR calculator uses the common community ranges for those medals: about 154 MMR per star from Herald to Ancient, 200 per star in Divine, and Immortal from 5,620 MMR. Valve can change the ranked system between patches, so treat those numbers as a guide rather than an official table.
Most MMR is won or lost in the first ten minutes, and our Dota 2 laning guide covers the last hits, denies and lane equilibrium that decide them.
Dota 2 MMR Boosting
The Dota 2 MMR boost takes your account from its current medal or MMR to the one you choose, played in normal ranked matchmaking. You pick the position you want played, from safe lane carry (position 1), mid (position 2) and offlane (position 3) to the two support roles (positions 4 and 5), and your server: North America, Europe or Asia.
Higher brackets cost more per medal, because every game is harder to win. The price updates as you set your ranks, and the order is complete when your account reaches the rating you ordered.
Dota 2 Immortal and High-MMR Boosting
Immortal is the top of the Dota 2 ladder, above Divine 5. Games in Divine and Immortal are the slowest part of any climb: the player pool is smaller, queues are longer, and opponents punish a single misplayed fight far more reliably than they do lower down.
To order an Immortal boost, enter a desired MMR of 5,620 or higher in the Dota 2 MMR boost calculator. The boost takes you to Immortal. If you want a specific position on the Immortal leaderboard, contact support before ordering, since that isn't something the calculator prices.
Dota 2 Win Boosting
If you want progress without committing to a target rating, the Dota 2 win boost secures a set number of ranked wins on your account. Only wins count toward the order, and each win still moves your MMR, so your medal may rise along the way. Dota 2 doesn't award bonus MMR for win streaks, so ten wins bring the same MMR whether they come in a row or not.
Calibration, Low Priority and Unranked Matches
A new Dota 2 account needs 100 hours of play and a phone number linked to Steam before ranked unlocks. The Dota 2 unranked boost builds those hours with normal matches that don't touch your MMR.
Your first ranked games then set the rating you start from. The Dota 2 calibration boost plays those matches, sold by the match and priced by your last known medal. No specific starting MMR is promised, because calibration is decided by results.
Low priority is Dota 2's penalty queue: until you win the required games, you can't queue ranked. Low priority removal plays those games for you. Low priority games are unranked, so clearing them doesn't move your MMR, and your behavior score is a separate system that clearing the queue doesn't reset.
Dota 2 Duo Queue: Play With Your Booster
By default, a booster logs in and plays your order for you, and you can't play on the account while they're on it. If you'd rather keep playing, turn on Play with Booster on any Dota 2 service. You queue as a party on your own account with the booster, so nothing is shared but an invite.
Duo takes longer than handing the account over, because you play every game, but you keep your login to yourself and see how a higher-rated player drafts, lanes and rotates.
Dota 2 Coaching with Play With a Pro
BoostingXP's coaching service is Play With a Pro. You book hours with an experienced player who plays with you in your own matches and talks you through them as they happen: laning, itemization, map movement, when to fight and when to farm, and what your position should be doing at each stage of the game. It's live coaching during real games, not a recorded replay review.
The difference from boosting is who plays. A boost delivers an MMR target or a number of wins for you; coaching helps you get there yourself. Sessions are booked by the hour on the Play With a Pro coaching page, where you choose Dota 2 as your game.
Options Available on Dota 2 Orders
- Priority Order: moves your order to the front of the queue.
- Play with Booster: play every game yourself in a party with the booster.
- Streaming: watch your games live on a private stream link.
- Appear Offline: included free and on by default, so the booster stays offline and doesn't reply to your friends.
How Dota 2 Boosting Works
- Choose the Dota 2 service that matches your goal from the services at the top of this page.
- Set your options on its page: your current and desired medal or MMR and the position to be played, or the number of wins or matches, plus your server or region and any add-ons. The price updates as you choose.
- Check out securely with Stripe, PayPal or Coinbase.
- For an order played on your account, enter your login details in your BoostingXP dashboard after checkout. For Play with Booster, you only need to accept a party invite.
- An experienced Dota 2 player picks up the order, typically within 5 minutes of payment, and messages you in the order chat. Tell them there if you have hero preferences.
- Follow progress in your dashboard and talk to your booster directly while the order runs. The order closes when the result you paid for is delivered; if it isn't, you're covered by the Refund Policy.
How Long Does Dota 2 Boosting Take?
Most orders start within 5 minutes of payment. How long an order runs depends on its size and bracket: how much MMR you're climbing, how many wins or matches you order, how long games last, and queue times on your server. Divine and Immortal games take the longest to find and to win. Your booster can give you an estimate in the order chat, and Priority Order moves you to the front of the queue.
Regions, Account Safety and Support
The MMR boost is played on North America, Europe or Asia servers. The win, calibration and low priority pages offer North America, Europe, Korea, SEA/OCE, Brazil and Latin America. If you play somewhere else, contact support before you order.
Every order is played by hand, with no scripts, bots or third-party software. Boosters connect through a region-matched VPN and play with Appear Offline on. Login details are entered in your dashboard rather than sent over chat, and you can change your password as soon as the order is finished. No boosting service can honestly promise zero risk, and we don't; if you'd rather keep your login to yourself, choose Play with Booster or Play With a Pro.
Support is available 24/7 while your order is open, through the order chat or the BoostingXP contact page. For the full order process, see how BoostingXP works, and for account and payment questions, the general FAQ.
