How BoostingXP handles your account, what you can see while an order runs, and what happens if something goes wrong — in one place, so you can read the commitments before you buy rather than after.
How is my account handled?
Every order is played by hand, by a real player, in normal servers. No cheats, no bots, no bot lobbies, no scripts, no third-party software of any kind — the same commitment stated on every service page on the site.
- Region-matched VPN. Your booster connects from your region, so the account isn't suddenly signing in from the other side of the world.
- Offline mode by default. We don't touch your friends list and don't reply to your messages.
- One person on your order. You chat directly with the player handling it, not a queue.
- Your details stay in your dashboard. Account details are entered in the BoostingXP dashboard after checkout, stored encrypted, and never asked for over chat.
- What's on the account stays yours. On EA Sports FC 27 orders, your booster never spends coins, tokens or items or touches the transfer market unless you ask in the order chat.
We take every step we can to keep your account safe, but no boosting service can make it risk-free: boosting may go against a game's terms of service, and by placing an order you accept that risk. Every order is covered by the Refund Policy.
Can I get a boost without giving anyone my account?
Yes — that is what Pro Play is. Nobody else signs into your account: you queue and play every match yourself with a professional in your squad, calling positioning, rotations and decisions live. It is available on most games on the site, and it is also how BoostingXP coaching is delivered.

What can I see while my order is running?
- Progress on the order, tracked in your BoostingXP dashboard.
- Direct chat with the player handling it, for as long as the order is open.
- A private stream of your games, on request, at any point during the order.
- Support on Discord 24/7 while the order is open.
Start times and delivery windows are quoted per service, on that service's own page, because they differ by game and by goal — a single sitewide number would be wrong for most orders.
Is the payment secure?
Checkout is handled by Stripe, PayPal and Coinbase, so card and wallet details are entered with the payment provider and are never stored by BoostingXP. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cryptocurrency (through Coinbase) are accepted at checkout; Wise and CashApp are arranged through support on Discord.
Money-back guarantee: what if the service isn't delivered?
If we fail to deliver the service you agreed to, you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel before work has started, you may also be eligible, though a processing fee may apply. Refund requests can be made from 24 hours after the order is placed, and approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, back to the payment method you used.
Refunds are not issued where the service was delivered as described and met the agreed quality standards, where the order was placed less than 24 hours ago, or where the request falls outside our terms. The Refund Policy is the authoritative version of all of this — this is a summary, and where the two differ, the policy governs.

Cashback on every order
Every paid order earns cashback on the amount you paid, added to your balance as soon as the order is placed. The rate grows with what you have spent with us in total:

How to spend it
At checkout, tick Use my cashback and your balance comes off the order total. You can see your balance in your dashboard at any time. A few rules:
- Your balance is only used once the order is paid. If a payment fails or you leave checkout, nothing is taken.
- Cashback can bring an order down to $0.50, but not below, so every order still has a payment.
- Cashback is earned on what you actually pay, after any cashback you used.
- It can't be used on split-payment orders, and it can't be exchanged for cash.
