Which channel to use

An order that is already running

Message your booster in the order chat in your BoostingXP dashboard: it is the fastest way to ask about progress or arrange when they play. For anything the booster can't settle, our support team is on Discord 24/7 while the order is open.

Questions before you order

Use the form above, Discord or email. Tell us the game, the service and where your account is now, so we can answer about your order rather than in general. Many answers are already in the FAQ and on how it works.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund requests are accepted from 24 hours after the order is placed, and approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. The Refund Policy explains what is covered. Include your order number when you write to us.

Working as a booster or coach

Applications go through the careers page, not this form. A person on our recruiting team reads every application, and the careers page explains what happens after you apply.

What to include for a quicker answer

• Your order number, if the question is about an order you have placed.
• The game, your platform and the service you are asking about.
• What you expected and what happened instead, with a screenshot if something on screen shows it.
• Your Discord username, if you would rather we reply there than by email.

Never send your game account password by email, Discord or this form. Account details for an order are entered in your dashboard after checkout, where they are stored encrypted and used only for that order.
