What is Apex Domain?

Apex Domain is a series of Apex Legends tournaments and scrims, run through BoostingXP, in three tiers. Casual is open to any rank, Top-Tier is for players ranked Master or higher, and Pro puts you in scrims and a main event with two Apex Legends pros. Entry starts at $30.99 per player, and PC, PlayStation and Xbox players can all take part. You pay the entry fee here, then our team confirms your place and the schedule on Discord.

Each tier is a step up from the last. Strong results in Casual and Top-Tier events can earn you a place in the next tier.

Apex Domain tournament rules

1. General Conduct

All participants must maintain professionalism, respect, and integrity at all times.
Toxic behavior, harassment, racism, or any form of disrespect towards players, staff, or spectators is strictly prohibited.
Players are expected to uphold the values of fair play, honesty, and sportsmanship during every Apex Domain event.

2. Eligibility

All players must register through the official Apex Domain platform or Discord server before the event begins.
Players must provide accurate account information (Apex Legends username, platform, etc.) to ensure proper identification.
Apex Domain reserves the right to verify player identity or eligibility at any time.

3. Event Attendance & Scheduling

If a player fails to attend or participate in a confirmed tournament or scrim, no refund will be issued.
Late arrivals may be disqualified at the discretion of Apex Domain staff.
Players who miss matches or disconnect intentionally will forfeit any potential rewards.
Consistent absence from scheduled events may lead to suspension from future Apex Domain tournaments.

4. Refund Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed, unless an event is officially canceled by Apex Domain.
No refunds will be given for missed tournaments, voluntary withdrawal, or technical issues on the player’s end.
In cases of proven platform or organizational error, Apex Domain management may issue partial or full refunds at their discretion.

5. Cheating, Exploits, and Account Sharing

Cheating, hacking, exploiting, or using unauthorized third-party software (aimbots, macros, scripts, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
Any attempt to manipulate match results, boost unfairly, or falsify performance data will lead to immediate disqualification.
Players caught cheating or enabling cheating in any way will receive a permanent ban from Apex Domain tournaments, scrims, and community events.
Suspicious gameplay may be reviewed and investigated by Apex Domain staff. Evidence of cheating will result in public disqualification and permanent account restriction.

6. Streaming & Content Use

Players are encouraged to stream Apex Domain tournaments as long as they comply with event guidelines.
Apex Domain reserves the right to use gameplay clips, screenshots, and broadcasts for promotional or highlight purposes.
Any misuse of Apex Domain branding or unauthorized content reproduction is prohibited.

7. Prize Distribution

Prize payouts will be processed only after all results are verified and approved by tournament administrators.
Players must provide accurate payment details. Failure to do so may result in prize delays or forfeiture.
In the case of disqualification, prizes will be reallocated to the next eligible competitor or team.

8. Rule Enforcement

All rules are subject to interpretation by Apex Domain administrators.
Apex Domain reserves the right to modify rules, event structures, or requirements at any time to preserve fair competition.
Decisions made by the Apex Domain management team are final and non-negotiable.
