  2. Apply with Discord

    Connect Discord and fill in a short form: your ranks, trackers, availability and a few lines about you.

  3. Profile review

    A person on our recruiting team reads every application and checks your trackers and proof.

  4. Skill check

    Shortlisted players do a skill check or a supervised trial order so we can see how you play and communicate.

  5. Verify and start

    A quick ID check with a third-party provider, then you sign the booster agreement and get into the booster panel.

What each role involves

Every open position is one of three roles in one game. The job page for each lists the exact ranks, platforms, regions and hours it needs.

  • Booster

    Play customer orders on their accounts, or in a party with them, to the brief they set.

    • Rank, wins, achievements and progression orders
    • Orders claimed from the booster panel when they suit you
    • Progress updates and screenshots in the order chat
    • Offline mode and the account-safety rules on every order

  • Coach

    Teach players who want to climb on their own, in sessions they book with you.

    • 1-on-1, duo and team sessions, and VOD review
    • Clear, practical feedback after every session
    • Session notes in the booster panel so students can follow progress
    • A coaching profile that builds repeat students

  • Currency & Item Seller

    Supply in-game currency, items and gear in the games that trade them.

    • Currency and item orders delivered accurately and on time
    • Every delivery confirmed in the booster panel
    • Stock or delivery problems flagged early
    • Account-handling rules followed on every order

What most positions ask for

  • The minimum rank for that game, held across seasons rather than reached once
  • A public tracker or profile showing your rank history, or screenshots where the game has none
  • The platforms and regions the position covers
  • Regular weekly availability - the job page shows how much
  • English good enough to talk to customers in chat; coaches need it fluent
  • Being 18 or older, with a stable connection and a Discord account

How to make your application stand out

  • Link trackers that are public before you apply, so they can be checked straight away
  • Pick only the services you can deliver well - fewer, stronger answers beat ticking everything
  • Use the few lines about you to say what you play, when, and what you are best at
  • Add proof screenshots for peak ranks a tracker does not show
  • Answer emails from the recruiting team quickly - a skill check is easier to book when you reply

Questions from applicants

How long does it take to review my application?

Every application is read by a person on our recruiting team, not filtered by a bot. How quickly you hear back depends on how many applications the game has at the time. We email you either way, so keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder).

What skill level do I need?

Each game page lists the minimum rank we look for, along with the platforms and regions we need. Meeting the minimum is the starting point - we also look at consistency across seasons, the services you can offer and how you communicate.

What does the approval process look like?

After you apply, we review your profile and trackers. Shortlisted players do a skill check or a supervised trial order, then a short identity verification with a third-party provider. Once approved, you sign the booster agreement and get access to the booster panel.

Which games and regions are you hiring for?

Open positions are listed on this page with a Hiring or Waitlist badge. Waitlist means we are not taking new boosters for that game right now, but we keep your application and contact you when a spot opens.

How much time do I need to commit?

You decide when you play and which orders you take. Each game page shows the weekly availability we look for, so we can keep delivery times reliable for customers.

How and when do I get paid?

You earn a set amount for each completed order, and tips go straight to your balance. Withdrawals are requested from your booster dashboard and processed weekly on Tuesdays through the payout method you choose. A 10% withdrawal fee applies.

Will customers know who I am?

No. Customers see your booster profile and the order chat - never your real name, email or personal accounts. Keep it that way: never share personal contact details with customers.

What happens if a customer complains?

Our support team looks into every complaint and hears your side before making a decision. Clear progress updates and screenshots in the order chat are the best protection you have.

Why do you ask for tracker links?

Tracker links let us verify your rank history across seasons quickly. Make sure the profile is public when you apply. For games without public trackers, a profile link or screenshots are fine.

Can I grow with BoostingXP?

Yes. Reliable boosters with strong ratings get access to higher-value orders, and experienced team members can move into support, recruiting or game-lead roles as we grow.
