Who plays your order. Every order is played by hand - no cheats or scripts - by a high-ranked player; the Apex team, for example, includes 37 boosters who have each held the #1 spot on an Apex Predator leaderboard. You choose whether the booster plays on your account or queues with you, and if an order cannot be completed, the Refund Policy covers it.
