The conditions you agree to when using the BoostingXP website and services.

Who these Terms are with

1. Eligibility

  • You must not have been previously suspended or removed from the Website or Services.

  • The Company is not liable for any legal disputes over file ownership.
  • Reports of boosters soliciting outside services with proof (e.g. screenshots) may qualify for rewards.

4. Termination and Modification

The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Website or Services without notice and is not liable for such changes or your access termination.

5. Third-Party Links

We may link to third-party websites, but BoostingXP is not responsible for their content or policies.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All website content and materials are protected and owned by BoostingXP or its licensors.
  • Any unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.
  • We honor valid DMCA and EUCD takedown requests.
  • Service pricing is subject to change with prior email notice.

7. Notices & Takedown Procedures

DMCA Notice: Contact [email protected] with valid claims under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3).
EUCD Notice: Content owners may request removal or authorization in accordance with Article 17 of the EUCD.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • No illegal or harmful activity, including hacking or injecting malicious code.
  • You may not bypass service or security limitations.
  • Unauthorized access is strictly forbidden.

You agree to hold BoostingXP harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.

  • BoostingXP disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and non-infringement.
  • Boosting timelines vary per game and service; reassignment available upon request.
  • All services are digital and may involve account sharing, which carries risk per game terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for any third-party services advertised.
  • You are responsible for any lost progress due to logging in during a boost session.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  • You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, claim, or controversy (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the Website, or the Online Services.
  • If you are a consumer residing outside the United States, you may have certain mandatory rights and protections under the applicable consumer protection laws of your country or jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
