FC 27 FUT Champions Rewards: Every Finals Rank, Champions Tokens and CQP

FC 27 FUT Champions rewards for all 15 Finals ranks: coins, Champions Tokens, the CQP each finish pays back, the Token Store, and which wins are worth the most.

Published 10 min read

Quick answer

FC 27 FUT Champions Finals pay coins and Champions Tokens by rank, and each win is one rank. In Season 1, Rank 1 (15 wins) pays 250,000 coins and 450 tokens, Rank 5 (11 wins) 50,000 coins and 165 tokens, and coins start at Rank 11 (5 wins). Finishes also pay CQP back toward your next 1,000 CQP entry.

Current for FC 27 Ultimate Team Season 1, last checked 18 October 2026. Season 2 starts on 22 October 2026, and EA can change the Finals rewards and the Token Store with it; we will update this page when it does.

FUT Champions is still the Weekend League to most players: 15 Finals matches in one weekend window, paid out by how many you win. In FC 27 the payout has changed shape. Instead of a fixed set of packs for each rank, the Finals now pay FUT Coins plus Champions Tokens, which you spend in a Champions Token Store, and every finish pays back some of the Champions Qualification Points (CQP) you need for the next entry. This guide covers what each rank pays, what the tokens buy, and which wins are worth fighting hardest for.

FC 27 FUT Champions rewards by rank

Each Finals win moves you up one rank, from Rank 15 for 1 win to Rank 1 for a perfect 15. There are no draws in the Finals: a level match goes to extra time and penalties.

Rank Wins FUT Coins Champions Tokens CQP paid back
Rank 1 15 250,000 450 1,000
Rank 2 14 145,000 350 900
Rank 3 13 105,000 275 800
Rank 4 12 75,000 215 700
Rank 5 11 50,000 165 600
Rank 6 10 35,000 135 500
Rank 7 9 25,000 110 450
Rank 8 8 15,000 90 400
Rank 9 7 10,000 75 350
Rank 10 6 5,000 60 300
Rank 11 5 2,500 50 200
Rank 12 4 none 40 150
Rank 13 3 none 30 100
Rank 14 2 none 20 50
Rank 15 1 none 15 none

Sources: EA's FC 27 Launch Update Pitch Notes (14 September 2026) confirm the 15-match Finals, higher coin rewards than FC 26, Champions Tokens and more CQP in Champions rewards, but EA has not published the table itself. The coin and token figures are the Season 1 in-game rewards as tracked by fcdata, timesaver.gg, FUT Sheriff and others, which agree on every rank. The CQP column comes from two community trackers that agree with each other; EA has not confirmed it.

These are end-of-run rewards. Every Finals match also pays post-match coins, and EA said Champions matches can pay "several times more Coins" than the 500 to 600 a typical FC 26 match paid, so a full 15-match run earns noticeably more than the table shows.

Which Finals wins are worth the most?

The rewards are not spread evenly. Look at what each extra win adds:

Win Extra coins Extra tokens Extra CQP back
1st to 4th none 15, then 5, 10, 10 up to 150 in total
5th 2,500 10 50
6th 2,500 10 100
7th 5,000 15 50
8th 5,000 15 50
9th 10,000 20 50
10th 10,000 25 50
11th 15,000 30 100
12th 25,000 50 100
13th 30,000 60 100
14th 40,000 75 100
15th 105,000 100 100

Three things follow from it:

  • The first ten wins are worth 35,000 coins together. The next five are worth 215,000. Almost all of the coin value of FUT Champions sits at Rank 5 and above, which is why the 11-win mark is the target most competitive players set.
  • The 15th win is the single most valuable match in Ultimate Team. It adds 105,000 coins and 100 tokens on its own. If you are 14-0, play the last game on a fresh head, not straight after a tense 14th.
  • Below Rank 11 you are playing for tokens and CQP, not coins. A 4-win weekend still pays 40 tokens and 150 CQP back, so finishing all 15 matches is worth it even on a bad weekend.

How to qualify for FUT Champions in FC 27

You need 1,000 Champions Qualification Points to enter the Finals in Season 1, shown on the Champions tile in game. EA's Launch Update made two changes to how you get there:

  1. The Division 6 requirement is gone. In FC 26 you had to reach Division 6 in Rivals before you could play toward qualification. In FC 27 any division can qualify. In EA's words, "your Division will no longer determine whether you can play toward qualification."
  2. Squad Battles now pays CQP, alongside Division Rivals. That gives players who prefer the AI a route into Champions for the first time.

Higher Rivals divisions still pay CQP much faster. Community trackers list these per-match figures for Season 1. EA has not published them, so treat them as close estimates:

Rivals division CQP per win Per draw Per loss Weekly Rivals reward Wins to 1,000 from matches alone
Elite 500 200 80 1,000 2
Division 1 375 150 60 750 3
Division 2 300 120 48 600 4
Division 3 250 100 40 500 4
Division 4 200 80 32 400 5
Division 5 100 40 16 200 (400 at Upgrade) 10
Division 6 75 30 12 150 14
Division 7 50 20 8 100 20
Division 8 40 16 6 80 25
Division 9 30 12 5 60 34
Division 10 25 10 4 50 40

The weekly Rivals reward is paid on Thursday morning UTC, the day before a Finals window usually opens, so a Rivals week can carry you straight into the weekend. Elite's weekly reward covers the full 1,000 on its own. Our FC 27 Division Rivals rewards guide has every division's weekly coins, packs and CQP.

Squad Battles also pays CQP, but neither EA nor the trackers have a reliable per-match figure yet. Trackers expect it to be slower than Rivals in the higher divisions.

How many Rivals wins to requalify after each finish

This is where the CQP your Finals pay back matters. A strong weekend nearly requalifies you for the next one; a weak one leaves you starting from scratch. Using the community per-win figures above, and counting Rivals wins only:

Your Finals finish CQP back Still needed Elite Division 1 Division 3 Division 5 Division 8
Rank 1 (15 wins) 1,000 none 0 0 0 0 0
Rank 3 (13 wins) 800 200 1 1 1 2 5
Rank 5 (11 wins) 600 400 1 2 2 4 10
Rank 8 (8 wins) 400 600 2 2 3 6 15
Rank 11 (5 wins) 200 800 2 3 4 8 20
Rank 15 (1 win) none 1,000 2 3 4 10 25

Draws, losses and the weekly Rivals reward all add CQP too, so most players need fewer wins than this. The table is the worst case.

The pattern is clear: your Rivals division matters more for staying in Champions than your Finals result does. A Division 1 player who goes 8-7 needs two Rivals wins to be back the next weekend. A Division 8 player who goes 11-4 still needs around ten. If you play Champions most weekends, a push up the Rivals ladder early in the season saves you far more games than it costs.

The Champions Token Store

Champions Tokens are FC 27's answer to the old fixed rank packs. You spend them in Ultimate Team under Store, then Token Store. EA's Launch Update says the store includes "Team of the Week Players with the exclusive Red Item design, Evolutions, and vanity rewards such as Celebrations."

The Season 1 store, as shown in EA's launch graphic and tracked by fcdata and fut.gg, looked like this. The stock rotates, so check the live list in game before you plan around an item.

Tokens Item Tradeable
200 3x 88+ players pack Yes
125 5x 86+ players pack No
100 10x 84+ players pack No
100 82+ Champions TOTW player pick (1 of 5) Reported as untradeable
100 An Evolution (Frontline Flair as of early October) No
75 2x 86+ players pack Yes
75 10x 83+ players pack Yes
50 85+ player pick (1 of 4) Not confirmed
50 Champions TOTW player pick (1 of 5) Reported as untradeable
50 20x 81+ players pack Not confirmed
25 5x 82+ players pack Yes
25 10x 80+ players pack Yes
25 TOTW player pack Yes
15 83+ player pick (1 of 5) Not confirmed
15 10x 75+ players pack No
15 Exclusive celebration Cosmetic
5 2x 77+ players pack Not confirmed

Token purchases can't be refunded, and some items carry their own expiry or a one-per-account limit, which the store shows on each item.

How to spend Champions Tokens well

  • Decide between tradeable and untradeable first. The tradeable packs (3x 88+, 2x 86+, 10x 83+) can be sold if the pull doesn't fit your squad. The untradeable ones and the Red TOTW picks are only worth it if you would play the player.
  • Plan around the 100 and 200 lines. Rank 8 pays 90 tokens and Rank 7 pays 110, so the 9th win is what turns a weekend into a 100-token item. Rank 5's 165 tokens buy one 100-token item and leave 65; two weekends at Rank 5 (330 tokens) buy a 3x 88+ pack and a 100-token item with 30 left.
  • Don't spend small tokens on reflex. Trackers report that tokens carry between weekends within a season, but EA hasn't said what happens to unspent tokens when Season 2 starts on 22 October. Spend down before a season ends rather than gamble on a carry-over.
  • Red TOTW picks are the Champions-only items. If you want a Red Item card, the Token Store is where they come from, so weigh them against the tradeable packs rather than against coins.

When the Finals run and when rewards arrive

Finals windows run over the weekend, opening on Friday evening UK time and closing on Monday, as they have in recent FC titles. Season 1's first window ran from 2 to 5 October 2026. EA does not publish a fixed timetable for every window, so the Champions tile's countdown is the time to trust.

  • Play all 15 matches if you can. Rewards arrive once you finish all 15 matches; if you leave matches unplayed, you wait until the window closes, and the trackers disagree on whether you can end a run early. Finishing also locks in your rank, since every unplayed match is a win you can no longer bank.
  • Form drives matchmaking. Your Form starts at zero, rises by one with each win and falls by one with each loss, and the game matches you against players with similar Form. A 6-0 start means harder opponents from game seven; a slow start means easier ones later.
  • Matchmaking was fixed after the first weekend. EA says matchmaking "was feeling inconsistent" in the first Finals and that it deployed a fix on 9 October after finding tuning "broader than originally intended."
  • Season 2 runs from 22 October to 3 December 2026, according to EA's launch rewards calendar, followed by Season 3 to 14 January 2027. Expect the Token Store, and possibly the rank table, to change with it.

Common FUT Champions mistakes that cost rewards

  1. Redeeming your entry before you have time to play. Qualifying and entering are separate steps. Enter when you can play the full weekend, not the moment you hit 1,000 CQP.
  2. Leaving matches unplayed. Even three late losses still pay CQP back, and every win you add moves you up a rank. An unplayed match pays nothing.
  3. Playing the run in one session. Fifteen competitive matches back to back is a lot of football, and tired decisions cost goals. Split the run across the window.
  4. Changing your tactic after every loss. Pick a setup and a defensive backup before the weekend. Our guide to the best FC 27 formations and tactics covers both, including why two holding midfielders matter more in FC 27.
  5. Ignoring the Rivals ladder. As the requalification table shows, a better Rivals division is worth more for regular Champions players than one good Finals result.

If the weekend is the problem rather than the skill, our FUT Champions boost has a high-ranked player play your Finals to the win target you choose, by hand, and every coin, token and CQP EA pays stays on your club. If you play Champions every weekend, the FUT Champions subscription covers four Finals weekends in a row at the same win target, for less than booking them one at a time.
