What happens when the season ends
Since 1.0, Tarkov runs optional seasonal wipes instead of resetting every account. A new season starts a fresh character (level 1, empty stash and traders reset) for those who join it; PvE progress stays persistent.
Before the season ends
- Finish the quests and Kappa progress you care about on this season's character.
- Spend roubles and use gear you would lose in a fresh start.
- Hit the trader loyalty levels you want before the wipe.
