ARC Raiders Pro Play: What You Need to Know
Pro Play is the self-play option. Your account stays yours and you drop into raids alongside an experienced Raider who calls the route, the engagements and the extraction while you play.
It suits players who want to stop losing gear as much as they want the progression.
Why running with a pro changes extraction shooters
Most losses in ARC Raiders come from decisions rather than aim - pushing a fight that was not worth it, rotating late, extracting from the wrong side. Those are exactly the calls someone can make for you in real time, which is why this format teaches faster than watching does.
What a session covers
- Raids run alongside an experienced ARC Raiders player
- Live callouts on routing, ARC engagements and extraction timing
- Loadout and risk decisions explained as they are made
- Voice comms, if you want them - text is fine too
How it differs from a boost
A boost delivers a result on your account. Pro Play delivers the result while you play it yourself, so the reasoning stays with you afterwards. Nobody else signs in at any point.
Arranging a session
You agree a time with your pro in chat after ordering, and play when it suits you.
Getting the Most From a Session
- Bring one problem to work on - losing kit on extraction, fights with a certain ARC type, or a map you do not know
- Run your usual loadout first, so the pro sees your real habits before changing them
- Ask why a route or a fight was skipped; those calls are what carry into your solo raids
- Text chat works if you would rather not use voice
Before You Drop In
- Agree a time with your pro in the order chat
- Check you can party up on your platform; PC, PlayStation and Xbox are all covered
- Bring kit you are prepared to lose - a session is real raids, and deaths still cost gear
- Decide what you want from the session, so the pro can plan the first raid around it
