Counter-Strike 2 Premier does not use skill-group icons. It gives you a CS Rating - a single visible number, grouped into color tiers - and unlike the per-map skill groups in Competitive mode, that number is public, comparable between players, and moves after every single match. There is nothing to hide behind: your rating is the exact measure of your results.

BoostingXP CS2 Premier boosting raises that rating with experienced players, in normal Premier queues. Because Premier uses the Active Duty map pool with a full pick-and-ban phase, it rewards map depth far more than a single-map queue does.

CS Rating Is Not a Skill Group

Competitive mode still places you in one of eighteen skill groups, separately on each map, and updates in visible jumps, which hides a great deal of movement. CS Rating shows the underlying number directly, so every win and loss is legible immediately.

It also means rating responds to who you beat. Winning against a substantially higher-rated lineup moves your number more than beating a team you were expected to beat, and losing to a much weaker team costs more than a close loss to a stronger one.

Why the Pick and Ban Phase Matters

Premier opens every match with both teams banning and picking from the active-duty pool. A team with two comfortable maps and five weak ones will be forced onto a map it cannot play far more often than its raw aim would predict.

This is a common reason a mechanically strong player stalls in Premier while performing well in casual queues. A Premier boost has to cover the whole pool, not only the maps you like.
