Damage badges come in tiers. If a higher tier is earned while playing for a lower one, you keep it at no extra cost.

Badge Boost or Kill Boost?

The 20 Bomb needs 20 kills in a single match, so it is played differently from a kill boost, which raises your total across many games. If your goal is a kill count rather than one badge, the kill boost is the better fit.
