Refund Policy
When an order is refundable, how to request a refund, and how long processing takes.
- A full refund if we fail to deliver the agreed service; cancelling before work starts may be refunded, less a processing fee.
- Requests open 24 hours after the order is placed, by a ticket on Discord or by email, with the reason.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, normally to the original payment method.
- Not refunded: a service delivered as described and to the agreed standard.

Terms of Service
The conditions you agree to when using the BoostingXP website and services.
- Users must be at least 14, or have a parent's consent.
- Purchases: the payment method must be yours to use, and orders can be cancelled for suspected fraud.
- You are responsible for activity on your account; ID verification may be requested.
- Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
- Special terms for a specific service can override these general Terms.
